Job Description

Paytm is offering internship opportunities for students interested in learning and gaining hands-on experience in the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) domains. Candidates should be self-motivated, curious to learn, and possess excellent communication skills to handle critical tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding ESG and CSR concepts relevant to business.
• Follow-ups with ESG SPOCs to gather required data.
• Review and verify data from departmental SPOCs with supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing management review presentations for ESG meetings.
• Review ESG scores from ESG Rating agencies.
• Support CSR team in organizing employee volunteering activities.

Learning Opportunities

• Gain knowledge of ESG standards (BRSR, GRI, etc.).
• Develop people management and leadership skills.
• Learn BRSR requirements and reporting processes.
• Build foundational knowledge on GHG calculations (Scope 1, 2, and 3).
• Explore and implement social and governance initiatives.
• Understand corporate CSR and compliance management.

Competencies

Preferred: Candidates with theoretical knowledge of ESG and CSR.
Skills: Data analysis, project management, fluent communication, and logical reasoning.
